 Creative writing: B2- intermediate:

馃摎馃崕

At the B2 upper-intermediate English level, creative writing involves producing clear, detailed, and well-structured texts such as short stories, articles, and reviews. It requires using a wide vocabulary, linking words, and descriptive language to entertain the reader and express your personality.

To excel in creative writing at this level, you must master several key techniques:

* Use Expressive Adjectives & Adverbs: Instead of using common words like "good" or "quickly," elevate your writing with B2-level vocabulary like "fascinating," "breathtaking," or "anxiously".

* Vary Your Sentence Structure: Combine short, simple sentences with relative clauses and the passive voice to improve the flow of your story.

* Include Dialogue & Rhetorical Questions: Bring your characters to life and build suspense by having them speak or by asking questions that make the reader think.

* Maintain Logical Progression: Ensure your plot moves forward chronologically or logically, typically using four to five paragraphs (Introduction, Main Events, Conclusion).
