To describe people in English, use the verbs "to be" for height, build, age, and personality, and "to have" (or "have got") for hair, eyes, and facial features.

Combine physical traits and personality words to create a clear picture.

Physical Appearance:

Height: Tall, short, medium height.

Build: Slim (thin in a healthy way), thin, fat, overweight, well-built.

Hair: Short, long, straight, curly, wavy, bald; blond, brown, black, red, grey.

Eyes: Big, small; blue, green, brown, dark.

Special features: Beard, moustache, glasses.

Personality and Character:

Friendly: Kind, outgoing, warm, polite.

Quiet: Shy, reserved, serious.

Smart: Clever, intelligent, creative.

Active: Hardworking, energetic, lazy (negative).

Example Sentences:

"He is tall and slim with short brown hair."

"She has got green eyes and wears glasses."

"They are very friendly and hardworking."
